Letter from the Administrator

Dear Neighbors and Friends of Santa Fe Care Center:

As always, thank you very much for trusting us with your care or the care of your loved-one.

May is a big month for us, as we celebrate our nurses during National Nurses Week, May 6-12, and National Skilled Nursing Care Week, May 13-19. I hope you will join us for events this month, including May 12, Mother’s Day. We will have live music every day starting on Mother’s Day at 10am, until May 19. The event times will be posted outside of the Dining Room. The theme this year is “Living Soulfully.” I would like to hear what “Living Soulfully” means to you, so feel free to drop a comment in the comment box by the front door.

One of our C.N.A.’s made a suggestion that we give each hallway a theme of Joy, Love, Faith, or Hope, so we did. The themes for each hallway were randomly chosen by the nurses – Hall one is JOY; hall two is LOVE; hall three is HOPE; and, hall four is FAITH. We will be decorating and celebrating these themes on each hall, and your input is welcome.
